About me

You already understand yourself. Now trust yourself.

You know what you need. You just stop listening to yourself when love gets involved.

I help women trust their own voice, needs, and standards in love so they can build connected relationships without losing themselves.

I didn't start here.

I spent years helping others find their voice. Then I realized I’d lost track of my own.

I started as an actress and TV presenter in LA. Then I went to Madrid to “recharge my batteries” as Hollywood wasn’t always the easiest beast to navigate. What was supposed to be a 6-month adventure turned into a 10-year stay, making Spain my home.

And for the past 15+ years, I’ve coached founders and managers on how to pitch, present, and negotiate, how to walk into a room and be heard. In 2013, I co-founded a startup that let travelers book real, local experiences with hosts, years before “Airbnb Experiences” was a category. I built things. I taught people how to command a room.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I lost track of my own preferences.

I’m a curious person. I always liked trying new things with the partners in my life, new experiences, new ways of living, new lifestyle habits. At first, it seemed harmless. Interesting, even. Until I realized I wasn’t sure what I actually wanted anymore. I felt off. A little down. Not in crisis, not in a headline-worthy way, just quietly disconnected from my own preferences.

The shift didn’t happen in therapy or on a retreat. It happened after a work call.

I was coaching an architect in Milan. Brilliant. Driven. She’d built her own business from the ground up. I admired her enormously.

But whenever she talked about her relationship, something changed.
The woman who trusted her vision, her talents, and her creativity doubted herself at home. She questioned her instincts. Softened her opinions. Took up less space.

I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

I remember walking through the streets of Málaga afterward, leaving my best friend a voice note. “I want to help women be as solid in their relationships as they are everywhere else.”

That sentence stayed with me. Because once I saw it in her, I started seeing it in myself. Not in my work. Not in my friendships. But in the moments that mattered most in love. So I started paying attention.
Whenever I felt myself becoming anxious, over-explaining, or second-guessing….I’d ask one simple question: Am I acting from who I am…or from who I think I need to be to feel safe?

That question became a game-changer for me. It became the practice that eventually became my work. Because returning to yourself isn’t something you figure out once. It’s something you notice, choose, and practice in every moment—in real time.

What led me here

For more than 15 years, I’ve helped people communicate when the stakes are high.

Since 2011, I’ve coached more than 200 founders, business owners, managers, and
professionals across Europe and Asia. I’ve helped leaders earn promotions, guided founders as they expanded into international markets, and trained teams to navigate conflict with more clarity and less friction.

Along the way, I realized something.

The hardest conversations aren’t usually the ones we have at work.

They’re the ones we have with the people we love.

That’s what led me to create RETURN.

Today I bring those same communication principles to women who want to trust themselves in love—to hear their own voice, honour their needs, and stop negotiating away their
standards.

I’ve also facilitated workshops for nearly 100 women, helping them recognize the patterns that keep them stuck and giving them practical tools to trust themselves again.

RETURN™ is the framework

RETURN is the framework

RETURN is the framework I use to help women build unshakeable self-trust in love. I’m not here to convince you to stay. I’m not here to convince you to leave. I’m here to help you hear yourself clearly enough to know the difference.

RETURN is the framework I use to help women build unshakeable self-trust in love. I’m not here to convince you to stay. I’m not here to convince you to leave. I’m here to help you hear yourself clearly enough to know the difference.

Most relationship advice jumps straight to communication techniques, boundaries, or deciding whether it’s time to leave. RETURN starts earlier. It helps you notice what’s been happening beneath all of that. You begin by recognizing the patterns you’ve been explaining away. Then you examine them without turning yourself into the problem. You learn to trust your own experience instead of constantly looking outside yourself for certainty. You understand your needs and standards with more honesty and less guilt. You reclaim your voice, so your decisions reflect what you actually want. And over time, trusting yourself stops feeling like something you practice. It simply becomes how you live.

Because that’s the goal. Not to become someone new. To stop talking yourself out of the woman you’ve been all along.

Here’s what I believe, and what a lot of people in this space won’t say out loud: staying is not necessarily settling. You don’t have to leave the relationship to find your way back to yourself. Most of the time, the relationship isn’t the problem. Losing touch with your own standards is.

Natalia came to me knowing something was off. Her partner’s career made his life feel “bigger,” and she’d built a habit of accommodating him to close that gap. In our first call, we didn’t talk about whether to stay or go. We talked about standards, not values, standards: what she actually needed in how they communicated, how they lived together, how they showed up for each other.

The moment she looked at her relationship through that lens, things moved fast. It stopped being a question of whether she was asking too much. It became a question of whether he could meet her without her making him wrong if he couldn’t. That’s the work. Not blame. Clarity.

Outside of work

After years of living in big cities like Bangkok, LA, and Madrid, I now live in an old fishing village in Málaga.

I take dance lessons and sing. Music is honestly the thing that makes me feel most alive, dancing at concerts, singing in my kitchen – whatever gets me out of my head and into my body. It’s the same shift I help my clients make: getting out of their heads long enough to hear and trust their own voice.
