You're not too sensitive.
And you're not too much.

You just forgot how to trust yourself
in love.

For women who’ve gotten so used to keeping the peace that they no longer know whether they’re asking for too much, or simply asking for what they need. You trust yourself everywhere else. Love shouldn’t be the exception.

The Relationship Spiral Reset

You notice something doesn’t feel right. Maybe it’s something your partner said. Maybe it’s a date that left you feeling uneasy. Maybe it’s
the silence after an argument.

For a moment, you know exactly how it landed. Then you start talking yourself out of it.

“He’s under a lot of pressure.”
“I’m probably reading too much into this.”
“Maybe it’s not worth bringing up.”

That moment changes everything.

The Spiral Reset is for that moment: when you’re caught between what you feel and what you tell yourself you should feel.

15+ years

helping people communicate
when the stakes are high.

Since 2011, I’ve coached more than 200 founders, managers, and professionals across Europe and Asia to pitch ideas, lead difficult conversations, negotiate with confidence, and communicate under pressure.

Now I use those same communication principles to help women trust their own voice, needs, and standards in love.

My story

Before I became a coach, I spent years working as an actress and television presenter in Los Angeles. I’m originally from Chicago, but Spain has been home for the last 15 years. Moving across the world wasn’t part of some grand plan—it was simply part of how I’ve always lived my life: following what feels true, even when it takes me somewhere unexpected.

In Spain, I built a completely different life teaching effective communication, working in the startup world, and working as a voiceover artist.

On the outside, my life looked whole.

But when it came to love, I kept finding myself in the same place.

I would notice something didn’t feel right… and then immediately explain it away.
I became incredibly good at understanding the other person’s perspective. So good, in fact, that I’d push my own thoughts and feelings to the side.

Over time, I realized this wasn’t just my pattern. I saw it in clients. I saw it in friends. I saw it in the women in my own family.

Smart, loving women who slowly got further and further away from themselves without even realizing it. That became the beginning of RETURN.

Because I don’t believe the answer is to love less. Or to swear off relationships altogether. I believe it’s learning how to stay connected to yourself while you love someone else. That’s the work I do now. Because I know what it feels like to disconnect from yourself so gradually that you don’t even notice it’s happening until one day you want to bang your head against the wall, wondering,

“Why in the heck do I doubt myself so much?”

You're in the right place
if this feels familiar.

You catch yourself saying “it’s fine” when it isn’t.

You rehearse conversations in your head before bringing something up, trying to find the perfect words so it doesn’t turn into conflict. Or worse, you say nothing at all to keep the peace.

You spend more time thinking about how your partner will react to your needs than about whether your needs are actually being met.

When something feels off, your first instinct isn’t to trust yourself. It’s to wonder if you’re overreacting.

Maybe I’m being too sensitive. Maybe I’m expecting/being too much. Maybe I should just let it go. You know yourself. You’re thoughtful. You’re self-aware. You’re probably the person your friends come to for advice. And yet when it comes to love, everything suddenly feels much harder to see clearly.

I’ve found that most women I work with aren’t struggling because they don’t know themselves. They’re struggling because somewhere along the way, they stopped trusting their own voice, needs, and standards in love.

Not all at once. Little by little. One compromise. One justification. One “it’s not a big deal” at a time. Until they can’t tell the difference between what they genuinely want and what they’ve simply learned to adapt to.

Am I Being Too Much?

The 8-Minute Spiral Reset

The next time you feel yourself spiraling, after a text, a conflict, a silence that’s gone on too long, this is what to reach for. An 8-minute audio, recorded like a voice note, to bring you back to yourself before you talk yourself out of what you’re feeling. Comes with the Reset Workbook, so the calm has somewhere to go afterward.

Client proof

Lucy came to RETURN stuck on something she’d struggled with for years: where her needs ended and someone else’s began. That single distinction, once she could actually feel it instead of just understanding it intellectually, changed how she showed up in her relationship. Not by asking for less. By finally knowing what was hers to ask for.

This is the work. Not learning new information – most of my clients already have plenty. Learning to trust what you already know, so it holds under pressure.
